THE
PROFICIENCY PACKAGE
Our Proficiency Package has been designed for the experienced
private pilot who wishes to qualify as a professional pilot. You will graduate
with both a JAA Frozen Air Transport Pilot Licence and an FAA Commercial
Pilot Licence with a Multi Engine Rating and an Instrument Rating.
To enter the Proficiency Package you must hold an ICAO PPL and
have at least 189 hours of flight experience. You must also be at least 18
years of age and have passed both the JAA Theoretical Knowledge and the Initial
1st Class Medical examinations in the UK. Non UK PPL holders must obtain the
UK Radiotelephony Licence. Experience of UK airspace and of aircraft with
retractable undercarriage and variable pitch propellers will help you to avoid

You will train at Riverside Flight Center in the US and at Airways Flight
Training in the UK.
